We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please keep in mind that this is different than receiving a damaged item or not receiving part of your order. Those order issues have a 7 day window to file a claim.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, uncut or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt, order information or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at marybethmadeit@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted or returned to you. The buyer will be responsible for return shipping charges as well as a restock fee of up to 25% depending on the item.
While we strive to make sure every order arrives quickly and with everything just as you expected, we are human and do make mistakes from time to time. If we have made an error concerning your order, we will handle that on a case by case basis.

Damages and order issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All damage reports must be made within 7 days of order delivery so that we are able to file a claim with the shipping company. The buyer is responsible for complying with all the requests of the shipping company including producing the packaging upon request and submitting accurate photos of the damage. If the buyer does not cooperate with the shipping company and the claim is denied, we will not cover a full replacement for the damaged item. We may make exceptions on a case by case basis.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products and jewelry). We also do not accept returns for templates, flammable liquids, or any limited edition items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, specialty sizes, misprints (including incorrect scale) or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, minus any applicable fees. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
